End User License Agreement (EULA)

1 . Introduction

Welcome to The Golden Night Scalping EA. By purchasing, downloading, or using our Expert Advisor (EA), you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before using our EA.

2 . Description of Service

The Golden Night Scalping EA is an Expert Advisor (EA) designed to trade on the forex market, specifically gold (XAUUSD) during the Asian session. By purchasing the EA, users will receive an EA (.EX4 file) that can be set up on a MetaTrader4 terminal and connected to their own trading account.

3 . User Obligations and Restrictions
  • The user is granted a license to use the EA only on the trading account(s) for which they have paid a license fee.
  • The license is personal to the user and may only be used on the user’s trading account(s) in the user’s name.
  • Copying trades from the licensed account to other accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent revocation of the license.
  • The EA may not be copied, duplicated, shared, or distributed in any form
4 . Payment Terms
  • Users must pay an initial setup fee and a monthly subscription fee to maintain their license.
  • Users may purchase additional licenses or transfer licenses to other accounts in the same user’s name, subject to additional fees.
  • Failure to complete payment will result in the revocation of the license
5 . License Scope
  • The EA may only be used on the user’s account(s) in the user’s name.
  • Users are prohibited from copying the EA, copying trades, or disclosing trade information.
6 . Disclaimer of Liability
  • The provider of the EA disclaims all liability for financial losses incurred through the use of the EA.
  • The EA is provided “as is” without any guarantees or warranties of any kind.
7 . Copyright and Ownership
  • The EA remains the property of the provider. Users are granted a monthly license to use the EA, which is maintained by subscription payments.
  • If payments are not completed or if the terms of use are violated, the license will be revoked permanently

9 . Miscellaneous
  • This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and the provider regarding the use of the EA.
  • The provider reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Users will be notified of any changes.

By purchasing, downloading, or using The Golden Night Scalping EA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this agreement.
